Wrecking crew, server 9, our surge ended 3 hours early today. No changes to time zone or any other setting. What’s the deal?

Same just happened to us on server 8
Add server 2 to te list.
Same to us in server 14. The surge started at 6AM and ends at 12AM. This means we only got 18 hours of surge time.
Yup, it started earlier and ended earlier. They must have messed up the time zones or something with the update.
Actually I just looked and in the info about surge it now says that surge starts at 6am and ends at 2am. Prior to this update our surge was starting at 10am. Weird.
