A nice step towards a first concept, but I do have some points.

Position can be backline, midline or frontline

Role can be Tank, Damage, Control or Support. If this is a new role, please explain what it stands for

Instead of emojis, I would recommed just saying it is the white skill, or green skill or blue skill, etc.

This should be a variable (otherwise it would make no sense against high level enemies)

I would change this to 3 to 5 seconds. Minutes is a bit long (fights only are 1.5 minutes)

It would also be nice if you would add friendships and maybe a red skill
