There´s no rush when you are making a concept and also since you are new in this I recommend taking more time making a concept and check Imagineer´s guide in a reply up.

@EnderAlex if you have problems in creating the names you can do what I do:
- See the movie
- see the movie again but advance to the parts only when the character appears
- with this I always have ideas for the skills without seeing this videos (that I just discovered that exists)
also make a concept preview PM, it can help a lot, if you don´t know how to make a PM you can ask me
