I made a purchase, and got nothing in return. Perblue took my money tho. Didn’t get villains day reward, couldn’t buy 100 stamina bundle, and will now result in me not finishing the contest!!! Wtf!!! Screenshots have been sent to perblue!! Still no answer!!!
If you have a purchase issue, one thing that can help expedite your ticket is to send the transaction number for the purchase. A screenshot of the confirmation email from Google will include the information they need to check what happened.
All transactions are done by the app store, not PerBlue, so if there is a duplicate charge, we can check and let you know how many transactions we have on file, but you’ll need to also talk to the app store about what happened.
