But Tony is the best Avenger. He was ready to sacrifice himself every time. And when he finally did sacrifice himself for the entire universe, he renounced himself as Tony Stark and forever became Iron Man. He > Cap imo. Keep him. 
Well, that’s in Endgame movie, he gets ripped in half in the comics.
What comic was this? I don’t remember that. Also, Tony has died several times in the comics. 
He’s died so much he belongs in the DC universe. I can’t remember which comic, but it was in the Thanos wins arc, being one of the possible futures.
