Just don’t force the players to do the hardest difficulty 3 -stars to get the exclusive cosmetic. Maybe a archivement like the Olympics events we have.
Something like "participate in x trials during the event “y” " or something like that.
Example:
Participate in “Horrible New Year” trials 20 times during the event.
That is always ok! I want feedback from all players I just would like you guys to be specific on if you are free to play or have made payments so we can look into the data based on that for who is having a difficult time.

I might indirectly help you at PerBlue revenue wise, like as in that people I help might end up spending even if I didn’t necessarily intend such, I am pretty sure I have indirectly helped you at PerBlue revenue wise indirectly :-).
VIP 0 myself, but doesn’t mean that I haven’t indirectly contributed in some ways now and then money wise, which is an effect to keep in mind in general in terms of F2Ps that we are content/plankton to the spenders/whales ;-).

Really hoping an F2P/Lower level friendly mode and Challenge mode separation for the Event Trails can be made, like such would likely help create a better experience for both groups :-).

Spanish at least in my case.
This is how the current trial level is show off as you can see everything even the storyline is translate to Spanish without problems
HOWEVER
This is how the screen of a friendship campaign look like.
As you can see the dialogue and the storyline aren’t translate but the rest of the screen it is. (Example the chapter name)
This hasn’t been always the case. For some reason the game stopped to translate them after some time. Here an example of a old friendship campaign.

Hard to call me both F2P or spender, cause I left a lot of money in the past, but “retired” in June.
The main issue with the New Year event is pretty much the same as others-after you complete the stages, which even for me with my low amount of toons took an hour, you left with nothing to do.
Olaf trial, I didn’t finish it, only having 2 out of 15 characters maxed hit me. Restricting, like, 50% of characters is okay, it can take some of your besties, but leave you some. But 90% sounds cruel.
So yeah, those two are my only issues:
-Done in an hour and just waiting for the next;
-Too high quantity of banned heroes.
Otherwise, everything is fine. I have no complaints for the Shego/Raya type, especially since it gives you choice.
You could say I’m a F2P. I used to pay a little in the past but stopped for so long I don’t even remember 
About Olaf trial, I’m lucky as I have 5 of them so it doesn’t affect me. But many of my friends don’t so they dropped it when they got stuck, which was a right thing to do. Rewards were horrible
About new year trial, I finished it one 1st day. Got stuck at stage 12 and 15 for a while but passed it after trying a few times. I didn’t use Mad Hatter, fyi.
Like many have said, the worst thing about campaign trial is that we can only do it ONCE 
what’s the point of having them for 14 days it is bad with its own design you guys took that long to come up with such underwhelment??? That just surprises me truly
I love Shego campaign the most as it offered good amount of badge booster crates. Raya is ok too, though I would trade all those cosmetic crates for badge booster crates
I’m P2P but only small amount each month. I rank 221st on S5 and have a lot of relatively new heroes at Y8 or above. I can’t get past level 12 on the campaign trial yet and I’ve tried so many times with different lineups and it actually frustrates me enough to close the game.
I put in counters to consider the hex and also a counter for Dash but then Darkwing Duck just wipes out majority of my team in second wave. I may be possible to get 1 star on it if I spend half a day with different lineups but who really wants to do that for little rewards because the next level will be even harder?
Edit: I’ve not paid in 2 months though and still managed to get Sisu to Y2 so far and don’t plan on spending again.
Starting hex is horrible mate, if it was blind or scare or something like that it would be far less annoying

but yeah pretty much equal to F2P if you haven´t spent since June.
Any update on the timing of trial event @Loutre?
If you guys really want to make it a regular thing, pls do it the way you guys do prize wall. As of now, the time between trial events are so long and unpredictable, which isn’t a good thing
And pls, offer badge booster crates in rewards. That is the only thing that encourages people trying (some may say cosmetic crates are good too but I don’t really care about those-limitless-duplicate:roll_eyes:)
Yes, I wish for more guaranteed cosmetic crates from trial events, it was great to get such good amounts from Raya trial event, hope it will repeat. 
Badge crates are fine as they are now once trial event will be a regular thing.
We most likely will not be having another trial event for awhile so we can look into the feedback and ways to improve.

My advice is to never have Hex as a part of the rules, it is too OP for most players so best to not have it for fun Trial Events.
And yeah, hope we get more Badge Booster Crates back given the 30 amount getting removed from the contests, or at least give an official statement if the Badge Booster Crates have been reevaluate, and get to know how things are going to be going forward now for Badge Booster Crates :-).
I do hope the trial events aren’t going to be redistributed 
even the ones with clear flaws are better than nothing
Here’s hoping they return sooner rather than later.
I’ve been pretty happy with the wave trials already, with my one complaint so far being having a cosmetic that everyone will want locked behind an accomplishment very few could do. For the campaign trials, if some way could be found to scale their difficulty to different players, and add some feature to give daily replayability, I’d like to see them return as well.
Easy, invent Trial Event Stamina and probably shoehorn a bit of a Contest-vibe into that too
