Hi, I am having issues making purchases in the App Store after the last patch. I am VIP13 in server 12, this is the first time i’ve had issues making a purchase. Clicking on any diamond purchases returns a response that the game is unable to locate the item in the App Store. Please assist! Today is the opening of a new level caps so it’s a race to the top!
Maybe shoot Disney/Perblue an email/PM? It doesn’t sound like a problem on Apple’s side (or yours for that matter), so it’s probably Disney’s side. Good luck levelling 
I checked in with the team and this isn’t an issue on our end. It looks like it’s been resolved, but if you are still having purchase issues, you will want to try restarting your device, and then contact Apple support.

No worries! In most cases, these errors are a problem with the app store.
