Captain America: Brave New World

Sam Wilson makes his film debut as the new Captain America as the teaser for the fourth installment of the franchise Captain America: Brave New World dropped

Following the events of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Sam has officially taken over the mantle of Captain America from Steve Rogers… but now he faces pressure from the newly elected President Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross (now played by Harrison Ford) to answer to the United States government. Soon, however, an assassination attempt on Ross draws Sam into a deadly global conspiracy engineered by unexpected forces.

We also see the return of Samuel Stern aka the Leader (who hasn’t seen since Hulk’s debut film) and we also see the first appearance of Red Hulk.

Captain America: Brave New World we be in theaters February 14th 2025

My rate is a little generous, but my opinion on this movie will depend entirely on the second film, since this is obviously a part one and I’m not sure how many of my questions are intended to be answered in the sequel or were just oversights.

In the meantime I was entertained so :man_shrugging:t2::sweat_smile:

I’m in the middle for the movie.

It was an okay movie, but yeah quite some questions regarding the time travel weren’t actually answered, which will probably come in a second movie.

Some of the songs were good, others were meh

I am just… so frustrated with this movie. Not only is the movie’s plot itself confusing with all the plot holes, but it also raises a bunch of new questions about the worldbuilding/lore of Auradon as a whole that I didn’t have after the first 3 movies.

And the fact that it is so dependent on a second film to make sense of all its loose ends doesn’t help my opinion any. It’s fine to have a movie with a cliffhanger, but the movie should still be able to make reasonable sense on its own, which I can’t say RoR does for me.

Pixar announced that their next movie that comes out after Elio is Hoppers and that movie comes out the same year as Toy Story 5 but in the spring time, they also announced that there will be an Incredibles 3

The teaser for the one that started it all, Snow White, has dropped.

Apart from Steamboat Willie, This is the movie that made Walt Disney a household name in the film industry. The very first animated film ever made is now getting a live-action remake. Feature Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman, Fast and Furious, Ralph Breaks the Internet) playing Grimhilda (aka The Evil Queen) and Rachel Zegler playing the very first Disney Princess, Snow White.

Snow White will be in theaters March 21st 2025.
