Um, there was no cap raise. If you want to become more powerful, take the necessary measures to do so.
Back when they added another star, increased the cost of levels and skills by a large amount, reduced Invasion rewards to garbage, and some other bad decision I forgot about that they stuck with? Fewer comments just mean there’s less people complaining, which means the update is alright.
