I agree of what you said they are hiding all negative comments it’s not just the players flagging these its them trying to hide it

As much as i love to FINALLY have jasmine. Please slow down the level/colour increases. Even by a few weeks each time. Even the pay to play players are struggling to keep up. We’ve just lost our guild (2nd rank guild) cos of these increases, please please please listen to us and slow down

Was thinking the same thing, might be easier/cheaper than existing mechanics to unlock and level up a new hero?? We can hope

Well if they want to earn money and not disappoint people with quick level caps . Introduce costumes , special effects and profile logos . Paying people will pay for anything and it also won’t effect the normal members like me : they will get chance to show off and we will get chance to atleast reach max level cap easily. Examples are fortnight , pubg etc etc etc many games who’s doing the same thing . And also earning quite a lot than this one

… why can’t we have some structure, PB??? Let’s at least stick to the first Tuesday of the month or every 4 weeks… We’ve had R0 for 16 days and I Fully enhanced ALL 72 heroes… I never enhance all the way… I figured we would get the full 5 weeks before the next update…
Technically, with this update being out of cycle, we either get an extended duration of time before the next cap increase or you’ve changed the progression altogether… Which means no upgrades until we figure this out… I’ll farm for R1 and get my toons to level 140 but I’m not promoting… This needs to stop. Give us some structure! Give us time** to enjoy what we’ve accomplished… when the level cap increases, the guild power increases with as the whales in the guild max out, leaving the people which can’t progress, unable to compete in surge or invasion…
Make the game fun again and SLOW DOWN… give us heroes. At this point, a single hero costs millions of gold and hundreds of thousands of stamina to max. Not to mention time for friendships.

I know you are all going to be super disappointed by this announcement.
We had an issue with the implementation of Red +1, and we will not be doing the team level cap increase on Servers 1-12 on Tuesday.
Jasmine will be released on those servers on Monday, but there will be no new chapter, rank rarity, or increase in team level on Tuesday. The update on Servers 15 and 19 will proceed on Tuesday.
