They didn’t delay the update. If you ever read past patch notes you’d know that once they release it to the platforms it is out of their hands. So you can blame Google and iOS. The server update is also out of their control. You can’t force computers to do things

They could send it in earlier, like Thursday for a planned Tuesday release. Last time it was sent Friday and delayed to Thursday. This time, it was only released on Monday…
Solution: hire more staff:)

It’s not the staff. And if they did that it would be available in the play store too early and people would get locked out thinking the update was ready.
