Are the red skill chips are hero specific or its 1 item that all the heroes woth red skill can use to unlock?

@Polaris, since this week is the Red Invasion, will the Mr. Incredible refresh be automatically applied at the Invasion after the update?

Great overall update. So happy with the badges in challenges and the nerfs of OP heroes and the buffs for older heroes.
The QoL changes to CW sound great and did I get it right? Confirmation button to max raids? This is awesome.
Iām sure maxed out guilds are disappointed not having add another guild level and a further difficulty in Creep Surge. But Iām confident this is coming soon.

Love this update! Especially the refreshes, and FINALLY we can farm badges without having to play lower level trials!
With this said, I think Randallās nerf isnāt the best. I see why his Gaston disk was nerfed, but the invisibility? I seem the problem with him is his ludicrous damage against scared enemies (who, remember, already do next to no damage on Oogie). I think reducing his extra damage on scared enemies to be 100% instead of 200% would be more appropriate. Randall/Oogie/Jack Skellington could be a tremendously dangerous combo, as soon as Oogie will be farmable and Jack will get his refresh too.
Ofc this is just my opinion, please donāt take it as a complaint.

So youāre nerfing a hero that many spent a lot of time and money to get to a very competitive level. Awesome. You want him to be a glass cannon, but youāre also decreasing the damage he deals (in addition to making him more vulnerable). This is going to anger so many people it is unbelievable.
And weāve been asking for more guild perks for weeks as most of the top guilds have been maxed out for a while, and all weāre getting is a couple more levels of guild aid perks? How hard would it be to come up with a bunch of new perks for us to be able to use the influence thatās been wasted and lost on?

Why it took such long time, it canāt be like this, one hero defeat 5 other meta heroes.

Itās been like that with a lot of the new hero releases and usually the way it was corrected was to release a newer, more powerful hero, that would defeat the undefeatable. Following that progression throughout the history of the game, we would invest in the newest heroes for that period of time where they would be meta. Now, however, the devs have decided to nerf the hero prematurely and rob us of the time and money we put into him.

Heās not nerfed THAT MUCH to say such thing. AOE is still broken and with Joyās nerf he still will one-shot whole teams.
And what? Invested only on one hero to cry so loud? Quarra was nerfed 3 times and nothing, this game is about to max 25 heroes.
