It’s ridiculous that server 14 is getting another level increase for the second time in less then a month. What happened to slowing down with updates!?!?

If I were Perblue, I would drop Invasion entirety since most people here care more about not getting a lvl cap then the fact that we are getting Invadion!!

Because to do war at a high level you need at least 20 heroes very strong. Realistically you need more like 30 because not any random 15 heroes can beat another team, you need counters.
These heroes need to be leveled, badged, skilled and enhanced. With the gold changes even spending hundreds a month I only got 23 heroes fully set up before this patch. That’s way too fast.

For me you are missing the point on level increase. The average player cant keep up anymore. We were told it would slow down and it has sped up, when they said it would slow down we were getting max level increase one update and badges the next. Now its both at once frequently. I agree that the character improvements are being under appreciated but thats because people cant breath. Its constant lvl lvl lvl. Most people wont have time to go and work on the refreshed characters because if they stop working on their main 15 its even further behind everyone else

So, here is the solution:
Everyone stop working so hard to get to the lvl cap. Sit back and enjoy the game for what it is, a game. Then, if everyone does that, you will still be at the same lvl as everyone else.

Exactly.
As for everyone just so trying too level so hard, good luck with that. Maybe that’s how it works down at the level you play at, but that level wouldn’t be fun for a lot of people. I’d rather not play at all than play the game the way you play it.
But that’s what you don’t get. You enjoy the game the way you play it so you assume everyone must or should. But the people who actually finance this game don’t enjoy it the way you play it. And you can play it the way you play it, because we want to play it the way we do.

Erm i have financed this game and i dont appreciate you acting a bit supreme about that fact. Buying a way to victory doesnt give you more right to having a game how you want than anyone else who isnt paying. Its not a game you have to spend money on at all. Doesnt make your opinion less relevant or important

Someone does have to spend money or the game shuts down. So saying it isn’t a game that you have to spend money on is short sighted.
Couple more patches and F2P players will struggle to get 5 heroes maxed out before a patch.
And I never said anyone’s opinion was less relevant. I was responding to someone telling me that I should change the way I play. If you look in the top right corner you can see my response was not to you.

Sorry not opinion your correct. Just that everyone else is playing wrong if they dont purchase. Or at least thats how i read it. Perblue said something along the lines of we have plans through to January and then we will be slowing down the character updates on leveling etc. Paraphrasing so dont quote me exactly on that. I also believe there was something about making drops more obtainable. But the opposite has happened so of course people wont be happy. Why should i continue spending money on this game when they clearly dont care if i enjoy it. Only what can go into their pockets. Remember when there was always a deal costing diamonds in the shop? Now its nearly always real money and we see 1 or 2 a week for diamonds normally. I’m not naive this is a buisness, but they wont have much of a player base left if this carries on. People are leaving every update because it gets to much. How interested will you still be when you have no one left to play against? I’m not saying no more level increases. But would slowin down to every 2 months for example really hurt that badly?

No, everyone is entitled to play the game how they want. It is upsetting when others call people whiners because the changes don’t affect their play style.
As for their statement, that is how everyone read it. Polaris then went back and corrected the statement to say they won’t be putting out new content after invasion but will still increase the level cap. He claims there is an “algorithm” and data on level cap raises but oddly it comes every 4 weeks, so the algorithm seems to be if T=4 weeks increase level cap. It is a bit unbelievable that their data shows every server is ready for a level cap raise at the same time when I can look on my server and most guilds still have people below the cap, many below the top 5 are mostly below the cap.
So it boils down to we were given a misleading statement, then it was corrected with another misleading statement. The perception being they are being dishonest. Maybe they are, maybe they aren’t. But, it sure appears that way.

Yh the last option. Pretty sure most of you played another game from this company that did something exactly like that
I would really wish the level cap wasnt raised. While I get some people have already maxed out I would like there to be a gap between level raises to help everyone else catch up a little bit. It will literally be just TWO WEEKS between lebel cap raises. Im really disappointed that it is being raises so quickly. It gives no time to catch up a few heros and stock up on resources to try and re max out the few heros I do have there.

I can agree to that. I have seen a lot of people quit the game since it started being more of a grind than fun. Its also hard to keep a guild running with people quiting the game, some playing but not grinding so their power is starting to lack. Then the few that are still grinding are wanting to join top 10 level guild since any other ranking is having a lot of inactives or people leaving the guild due to quiting.
