I just got a deal today that, while lasting 24 hours and not marked as a “Rare” deal, is comparable to the first-pass Rare deals I’ve seen in the past: 1782 stamina refills and 55,750 badge tokens for $4.99US.
I’m not in a rush, though, and will wait to see if I get a better offer, maybe even one labeled “Rare” or “Unique” again.

Well to be fair, nothing will ever compare to this particular deal. It almost seems like this deal was a ‘mistake’. Just like in the first year when they ‘accidentally’ released a $20 deal that gave 600,000 arena tokens.

PB just doesn’t care about low spenders and that’s all.

I’m not sure if it was that deal or another, better one, where the person who posted it said they hadn’t made any purchases in roughly 3 months when they were offered that deal. So I’m not expecting one that good after just a month, but I’d like one at least kinda close to it before the end of June.
I think VIP level also improves the quality of the rare deals offered. As I’m vip 14, but I haven’t made a purchase since the introduction of the solo deals as well, but I’ve also experience a lack of decent rare deals. I think the higher, your vip level, the better the deals you get offered.

Rare deals appear after about ~30 days of not spending.

Sorry, but what does it mean, a rare deal? It isn’t something material, PerBlue can offer any deal they want, any number of people can buy it, no limitations. Of course it can be called “rare” to look more attractive, but I doubt it changes the items

I could go for a few months without a level cap…maybe actually have time to get new heroes to a reasonable level without the hero themselves costing hundreds of real dollars lol. Its one character, not an expansion. If pb wants people to keep willingly paying, they need players to feel valuable, nit make them quit. Its a company, they need money to continue, so running off payers and potential payers is not a good business model.
