They have no control over it once they release the update. They can’t just make it hurry up…

It usually takes between 20 and 30 minutes. On rare cases, it took more

When will the servers come back?

The server downtime varies due to our QA procedures.
The actual update only takes about 10 minutes, but then our QA team has testing checklists that they run through to make sure all systems are good to go. If we discover a problem, the engineers jump in to fix it, and that can cause the time to extend longer.

The update is awaiting approval from Apple and then the server will update… Polaris just said it will take about 10-20 minutes but it waiting on Apple
