Thatâs exactly what I thought. People get their expectations too high, which is not bad, but when updates end up being something like this, they get way too disappointed. Thatâs why I try to never overhype myself unless they have already confirmed/teased something.

My apologies for missing stating Reward increase is what I meant. Its virtually impossible to power up mods with what is currently being given. I would like to see end of invasion rewards increased and done like Coliseum and arena used to be. The highest rank you get anytime during the week should be rewarded. It wouldnât hurt them to give the same amount to several people. Especially if itâs going to stay the same amount.
Are there any notes on when those pesky event only heroes will become crate available in s16. It makes getting friend quests done a pain.

This, emphatically. Even without considering the final Randall nerf and the spread of solo deals to all servers, I would think any data about game participation would be suspect just because of all the holidays happening at that time, and people having to decide what unnecessary expenses to stop spending on for the new year.
TBH, this would have been an ideal time to consider a 5-week cycle again, all things considered. But itâs too late for that now.
I see you did not quote my actual comment, that you clai. As rude here, as I never said every employee is ungrateful , as I know they are very grateful to all of us for continuing to line their pockets with our money, but those words didnât come out of my mouth, because they would have been rude. If you were unsure if what I meant, you probably should have asked for clarification. Also, if you are implying that me saying the employees at PB should have to read a book (which I require every single of of my employees to read when joining my company) is rude, then maybe you should read the book before making assumptions. Im sorry you feel my suggestion on personal growth and understanding what top ranked customer focus looks like was rude.
Also, if this is a response to the âbiting the hand that feeds youâ statement- again, they are (but nowhere did I say every one is, as I donât make sweeping generalizations as that would be rude) and by Polaris saying that they do not care what we tell them and that they are going to continue the same activity, she/he proved my point.

Iâm not trying to be rude but this is a BAD patch.
Imagine if they never did maintenance/longevity focussed updates. A game can not thrive with content only updates.

That can cause a lot of bugs in the game
