Update 2.2.10 Known Issues

It’s been many weeks now so the issue isn’t just pertaining to 2.2.10 but the game still crashes for me when I try to play.

So I’m not the only one


What is the 95%? Because it doesn’t seem to work on Mulan… what it’s telling me is that PB needs to mega nerf Mulan if that’s only her skill power at 5% and/or they need to fix this in arena and coli

The skill power reduction basically halves the damage so Mulan will still be quite powerful.

Well I guess this proves to PB that Mulan might need a nerf in the near future

I do not believe that Angel’s blue skill is working properly. A team mate and I have both tested. On allies are reciting the five seconds of invincibility when reaching 1 hp or receiving the hp boost.

Angel will only use it on 1 ally and without the Red Skill it won’t work if she is K.O’d before any of her allies.

You can be OP and easy to kill. I agree that once she starts taking damage and/or is subject to CC she can be killed but that doesn’t prove anything against her ridiculously high damage output.

Why hasn’t there been any response from the game?! I spend far more than I should here but the fact I am now unable to play makes my blood boil as all my time and money has essentially been a waste. Please can anyone help?!

Make sure that your connection is stable and that you have enough storage on your device.

I’ve done all of the simple fixes one might try when experiencing app failures. This is most definitely an update related error.

I know it sucks, there’s been no response, this is obviously not an isolated problem, but in typical fashion with this game they’ll wait until it’s a glaring issue before they address it.

There are only a handful of people reporting connection or update issues on iOS devices. I have asked the team to investigate what is causing this.

Please try and light a fire under them. This is messed up beyond all reason given how much money I’ve spent on this game. Knowing that it seems to be related to an iOS only issue is helpful a little. But I’ve lost out on an entire WEEK of progress and they way they are trying to outstrip even the “whales” ability to stay at the top of the pack, that makes any time lost immeasurably more valuable. Honestly I’m livid that I can’t even contact Polaris support directly to make sure this issue is being addressed!
