Which proves my point that they have issues wjere they are down for way longer than 15 minutes

the free daily stamina on 12pm 6pm and 9pm differ for every timezone, so no matter when they moved the server update time, there will always be some players that are affected
Also we have 2 hours to collect free stamina

Come on , this Is a really useless red skill , since maui can only use his white skill when he could kill an enemy , what is the point of more energy , same as his geine disk which is really useless too !

Stamina collection times depend on the local time of the player; no matter when the server restart is done, it’ll be during someone’s stamina collection time.
What they should have told you last time was to not update the app until the server was updated, since if you update the app before then you’ll be locked out until after the server restart is complete.
The Guild Leader chat got a preview a while ago where it said this:

ok, so switch times occasionally, it was a thought. Wouldn’t be a big deal if they didn’t act like it didn’t happen. They’ve now been down for almost 2 hrs sinve they went down at noon and are still down at which point should I have gotten it??
Nah Maui’s red is great. I’d look at Scar and Stitch for new red skills that look weak.

The server went down at noon CDT, which is PerBlue’s time zone; that was 50 minutes ago.
Usually the restart takes 10-20 minutes, but there have been times it’s taken over an hour. I’ve missed stamina as a result of that in the past myself.

Other useful tip, turn off auto updates for this game so you don’t get locked out before the server update
