It could be a while. Just be patient. There are tons of things you can do to pass the time.
No cap raise in s21, oh well, at least I can try and catch up with the levels 
22 still hasn’t updated 
Neither has s21, the game gets fully accessed again when all the servers are updated

Did you read the actual patch notes? If you have not yet, you should so you can find the answer for yourself.

But when one server gets updated, we all have to get updated 
No, only the market buff is for server 1
But other servers will get it soon

@Polaris I know it’s kinda late to ask this, and I apologize for that, but is there a chance this change will be applied to all shops?

Update to the Patch Notes
- The Black Market and Mega Mart changes were released on all servers. We’re going to leave it that way, but please be aware, this is a new merchant system and we may need to make adjustments in the future.

Update to the Patch Notes:
We are testing some changes to Stamina, Gold, and Skill Points on Server 22 only.
- The limits to buying Stamina and Gold have been removed.
- New VIP Perks to skip spending skill points for low level skills.
- Starting at VIP5, upgrading skills will not require skill points for White, Green, Blue, and Purple skills below level 30
- This scales up every 2 VIP levels by 5, so at VIP7 upgrading skills below level 35, etc.
- The skill upgrades will still cost gold
