Same. I actually have had downtime today to play. A lil disappointed.
Guessing people need to start upgrading there devices to play the game.
I had problems with crashing on my old iPhone got this new one and no problems
My device isn’t old. I’m sure purchasing a new device every year would be cool but costly and not realistic in my case.
Madam Mim’s [Ma] is meant for PVP and clearly intended to counter Tron and Jim but doesn’t stop Tron. As you can see, Tron is hexed but still using his white skill with no stun, grants himself 2 stacks of hardy and the hex actually expires before it can stun him. Angel and the other heroes are getting stunned and Tron is the only one who doesn’t.
That makes 2 out of 3 Tron counters that are bugged. The other one, T&P’s red skill Hakuna not protecting from crits after the first one is removed by Tron.

Maybe it wasn’t meant to counter Tron and make CW stupid hard.

I am already going to miss my 6pm stamina, i dont want to miss the one at 9…
I hope the gift they give us will be like “ 50 diamond crates, 30 hero chips of your choice, 100 cosmetic crates” like a your choice type thing. But the rewards should be really good for a gift, maybe give Wasabi to everyone? But then as Syndrome said something like this “when everyone has Wasabi, no one will” he said something like that.

I can’t log in game either. The minute I open game, it crashes. I cant even see the starting screen

I completely agree we should be compensated somehow for missing the stamina at 12 (at least I did) and now 6pm and all the good market deals. And changes to move forward in all the areas in battles. I like all of your ideas in how we could be compensated, NewtLovesDisney. I’m just ready to play…

I am on iOS and never had trouble with the game before but since the last update this afternoon I can’t open the game at all. My mom is on iOS too, she updated and everything is fine for her.
Any idea when this will be fixed @Polaris??? Many of your players cant log into so we would appreciate an answer and action in timely manner!

And a gift of 100 hero chips of our choice, 50 diamond crates, and 50 cosmetic crates would suffice as a gift to make up, as long as I could choose all 100 hero chips.
Okay, that’s a huge exaggeration(especially the 50 cosmetic crates) 
Perblue would probably gift like 2 or 3 stamina consumables and that’s it…
Or they won’t give out a compensation at all. Ads in trials and the blimp(where if you watch 3 videos you get free access to raiding for a day) were bugged for like a few weeks and nothing was given out.
Well, Perblue is currently offline right now and won’t be back until tomorrow. So if I were you I’d follow this advice and open a support ticket:

How do I find my user id? When I touch the icon it just kinda try to open and crash. I don’t even make it to the title screen How can i find my user id without going in the game?

updating to the latest iOS works for me
I’m not saying that everyone should update their iOS, but if you can and willing to update, this solves the problem
otherwise, PB has to find a quick fix for this, it has been almost 1 day since the update
