We are still tracking down the cause of the iOS issue. I understand it’s frustrating to be locked out of the game and we’ll send out a comp package to players affected once we have this fixed.
I will post updates once I have more info!

Hi, I bought the deal of 28.99 yesterday (02/09/21). The deal included 862 x66 stamina, 3,500 diamonds and 900 vip points and I have been charged but not received the resources. I reached out to your customer services on the game and got an automated reply to talk to apple support.
I have spoken to apple support and they tell me that it is a problem your. I have sent ample proof to your customer support and have yet to have a reply, and I have not received my items, and it is causing an inconvenience. The deal has now gone as it was 24 hours ago and I am yet to receive the resources from it. Please can you rectify this immediately and send over the resources I paid and was charged for. @Polaris
I have the same problem with game immediately shutting down:

But at least I can get on the game from my iPad so I’m able to play a little.
I have to borrow my mom’s old phone to claim rewards. But because it is old so the game is ao laggy:sweat_smile:
I hope this can be fixed before challenger promotion tomorrow or else I have to accept that I can no longer do anything to ensure/improve my ranking

Hall of Fame rankings are not fully updated yet. Once we do another server update the information will be corrected.
We have identified the issue with some iOS devices not able to log into the game and we’re working on a fix.

What was the issue? 
Some iOS users cannot enter the game science the update yesterday
I mean what is causing it is what I’m saying.

@Polaris Is Tron allowed to use his energy even though he should be hexed by mims disk? Tron used his energy immediatly when the match starts and nit enough for her hex to be put into tron. Goliath can be hexed and his energy skill was prevented because he need to walk alil more before he gets to use his energy.
I know the reason. Check the crash logs on iOS.
It looks for apple’s new privacy framework. Doesn’t find it and then crashes out.
Reason why it doesn’t find it cause everyone that has this app crash is on iOS 13.x.
I sure hope they already know this. It would be pretty embarrassing if I found out before them…

Do I as an IOS user need to do anything? Or will they roll out an update
We have a fix for the iOS issue that is currently being tested by the team. We had to update some of the SDKs in the game and those are causing the crash.

Is there an estimated time/day this update to help fix our crashes of the game will be available?
Just wanted to throw this out there as well: guilds with multiple members not being able to get in the game are potentially losing out on rewards from check-in, Surge, and anything else those guild members help to participate with that helps everyone.

Yeah this is also true. I hope my guild knows about people not being able to log in so I don’t get kicked
