If you get a character to Yellow most likely you already have Red Skill. So there is no point in having Battle Badge and Red Skill Icon showing up.

Click hero’s icon. It gives all details.

Ask yourself for whom it is essential to see the red skill icon. You or the opponent?
With it not showing up for yellow, it will just be a little hideous (but much less than say mod upgrades).
Besides you will be able to see if the red skill is there in defenses since there will be 5 icons anyway.
Thus overall red skill icon is not needed to preserve. Although in the same way there is no need for Battle Badge icon to show up either.

Well, as Kim said Ron is still her friend (only) and Drakken has Attitudinator, we’re between episode 4 (Season 3) and the second movie. Making it impossible for her appearance.

Keep in mind that the original Kim Possible series ended in 2007, so that means that people who are 13-14 years old were born after Kim Possible ended. While of course reruns were likely shown for some years afterwards, but yeah can’t really expect people who are born around the end of a series to have seen that series.

People do not need to watch something if they do not want to guys. A good amount of forumers were born or not even born when the show aired, so many younger players/Disney fans have likely not seen it, or do not want to. I know I do not plan on watching Kim Possible.
