Idk if it’s a bug but if it isn’t it’s pretty broken
Can you explain more on the “pretty broken”? I just want to get as much info as possible to send the team for them to look into it.

I just meant that it’s a bit too overpowered since it’d turn all those mods into stuns. At least it did in a spar, unless Darkwing has a starting speed buff that I don’t remember of (before using his green)

Does vinnie really stun attack speed mods with his red?
I tested it out
It doesn’t seem like Vinny is stunning heroes with attack speed mods 
It could just be Darkwing

Djaq could be right, here in the video posted by “GiraffeyJosh” whenever Darkwing appears he is stunned at the beginning of the fight (And not only is it once, he fought several times against a team with Darkwing and in all he was stunned at the start of the combat, and Darkwing did not get to activate “Shadow Speed”)

I see. When Maximus use uses his green skill, would you clarify that he has increased his max HP?
Also, if Moana uses her active skill, the speed increased is not showing, but it still makes her and her allies attack faster, so would you clarify that as well?
His max HP isn´t increased, he just heals

Now just imagine if they did-
Yes, before he used it, he was taking a lot of damage, but after he used it, he is taking less damage.
You think I don’t know?

@Loutre not a big deal, but should the “reduced codebase cooldown” on the bottom just not be there, considering there is “remove codebase cooldown” at the top of VIP7 perks?

Hm it may not be related to speed mods though. Put him against a Kermit with speed mods and nothing happened (not evasion either)
DW got also stunned at the start, no speed mods.
Something must be broken in Vinny’s red skill.
Having QA look at these reported Vinny issues
