Chef is a fantastic hero, easily one of the best in the game right now.
I’m just sick of being inundated with his chips when he’s already completely maxed out.

I get perblue saying they want to keep the exclusive toons exclusive for a long time (less for them to develop and worry about) but why can’t they just rotate the locations of where they located exclusively maybe monthly I don’t get.

With the heroes staying in exclusive status for a longer time nowadays, I think this is an idea worth considering. In much the same way that sign-in heroes then move to VIP crate, then guild crate, then elite campaign or a shop, maybe it would be possible to start a hero as a contest reward, then move them to the event exclusive crate, then arena crate, etc. That way players can spend a variety of currencies to upgrade their chosen exclusive hero, rather than using up all of one currency and stockpiling the others.

I do not think necessarily that if you are unable to upgrade a character or its counter you are going to suffer. Mainly because the current situations favours more the oldest heroes to use (albeit they have the lowest HP…)
Like Vinny does counter Speed Gainers with Tenacity, but does not counter Speed Gainers with Evasion entirely (like Dash).

In both scenarios the stat must be high. 345-355 tenacity and the stun is reduced by 90%, 345-355 evasion and the chance to avoid stun is 90%, but there is still chance of 10% to get full length of the stun.

Yeah 1 in 10 chance will always proc… 
Even 1 in 2 chance is hit or miss. So…
Besides Dash has 312 evasion, so 57% against Lvl255 enemies. Which is better miss than hit.

I just updated and it signed me out of my account and gave me a new one on server 14. I do not see my regular account. How do I get back?

Updating is not recommended as it soft locks you out of the game. Idk about that new account though. 
I think you should be able to see it when the server update finishes…?
