I see I think, so the main issue is that there should be a 50% chance or something like at in terms of the 8% drain per damage attempt.
It would be a rather complex coding skill wise, but if the skill’s percentage chance could depend on how close you are to your main maximum level that could be pretty interesting, if not the max level for the server.
Could maybe be 1 way to go about it.
Not sure if I want that or not, but it sounds like an intersting way to go about it at least rather than removing Shatter’s good effects entirely.
