Read the thread. The game is down while they fix it.
Could be that the loading issue is somehow connected to the hero sorting system? Maybe something in there is bugging the whole game out?

The game has been down for hours and my black market and mega market opened before the update so I’ve missed them because the game won’t open.
I understand they’re still working on the game, but can markets be reset since the game has been unopenable?

as far as we know S21 and S24 are up (maybe 22 and 23 as well), all other servers still down

Alle Server sind down. Das Spiel ist kaputt.
I’m on server 2 and it’s down. I have an account on 18, but I can’t get to the point to change servers. I’d assume everything is down though if the update broke something since it rolled out everywhere.
S22 was briefly up but is no longer
I’m on server 24 and it was up for only a minute before I was kicked out
