Still no Amazon update

hi, i can’t send emoji with Jessi and other characters cause i push button “another emoji” and that button unworkable, and i can’t move back, what should i do?

@Loutre My “Guardians of the City” Heist challenge under “Medals” got reset after the update.
I was already at 27-28 out of 35.
Now it shows back to 0

Well, since Loutre is not here, I assume @Polaris is taking feedback and sending it out till 23rd.

But, actually I would like to ask you whether it’s intended for Y5 Yellow badges to use R19 Red badges instead of R18 Red badges (since Y4 Yellows required R18 Oranges and R17 Reds, I naturally expected Y5 Yellows to follow suit with R19 Oranges and R18 Reds… instead it’s R19 Oranges + R19 Reds).

Thanks for answer. Not really an “issue”, I am just curious what and if even something is behind the change.

Please send in a support ticket so they can look at your account logs for crashes.

Can I tick the R18 Red badges as “never used again” kind of thing then? Or is there going to be another change later on (I expect Y9 if Red ranks are something to go by?)

Also one thing I have on my mind considering badge bits in Campaign. Do you like choose which are going where and somehow tie it to future Trials difficulties?
I have noticed that the last badges of the rank (as I call them, the “6th” ones) are slowly repeating from R18-Y2 in Y4 and Y5 ranks. But those before are fairly useless, yet they tend to have a “main drop” placement inside the normal campaign lootable spots.

Is there a chance that normal campaign spots can be slightly revised (aka some of the bits changed in main drops or hidden drops (the 1/2 chance of main ones)?
Not sure I mentioned it, but I do a Drop Map for every spot with so-called “Combo Grind Score” with several criteria.

2 days that Amazon users can’t get on. They may as well not be on this game. Guilds get annoyed, competition points lost, stamina lost . It’s a joke tbh .

When Shego gets charmed by Angel while using her white skill she instead of stop using that skill as in literally anyone’s case she still uses it but instead on her allies, and that results on killing own team.

Charmed units doesn’t use White Skills

I am having the same issue, also on iOS 15 beta (number six also has the same issue I noticed last night).
When I restart the phone it works again for one time. But each time I leave the game the problem returns. So I need to restart my phone every time I want to play the game.
On the iPad the restart wrok around is not working, there I even reinstalled the game but I do not get past the loading screen.
I know it is an iOS beta version, but until the update it was working fine, and since we are already on beta number six, it will not change much until its final release in October. So I hope someone can look into that.

If you do business with another business then you make sure things are in place for your customers. If a problem occurs once then you make sure that your supplier is ready let alone 10 times

Well honestly the only option is for them to not use Amazon then as a customer, is that what you want?
It is not the only game / app where Amazon is taking more time compared to the rest, so it is not PB’s fault and there is nothing really they can do about it.

I only use Amazon app for purchases and if it is viable for longer time period. Otherwise Google app it is. I heavily advise everyone to do it this way.

Unless there’s a specific reason related to the app itself as to why Amazon’s internal review process takes longer than that of the other stores, I’m not sure how any delay here is PB’s responsibility.

The only permanent workaround for PB would be to run an entirely different server just for Amazon users and to keep it on the old version until the update has gone through, but that server wouldn’t be viable due to low population, time zone discrepancies & upheaval of existing accounts. Cross-platform play is a great feature that not all games have, and should be kept.
