There aren’t any PB Support employees here - if you need to contact them, an in-game Support Ticket is the way to go.

Technically Loutre and Polaris are employees at PerBlue, but yeah others here are just players.

Indeed, but Loutre is the Community Manager and Polaris is the Producer - both will advise that the forums aren’t for Support and that Support requests should go through the ticketing system :man_shrugging:

None of the Support team are Amazon employees in any case, so I doubt submitting a ticket would get anywhere

Ah true and see what you mean now more so.

Amazon users should contact Amazon support. That’s what I do.

No Per blue should contact Amazon.

I am sure they are in contact with Amazon - they need to give out compensation for the delay so it is not helping them either.

@Polaris I wonder Polaris could you make a Prize Wall feedback tread/post, do that we players have a specific place to post Prize Wall feedback, as well as having a place to discuss in terms of the Prize Wall overall? :-).

Oh, Lilo’s spotlight is missing.

The red dot on calendar doesn’t go away even after I click on every single thing available… It is annoying

Latest update seemed to also removed all my unopened crates (diamond, cosmetic, etc) that were in my items bag.

The crates are under Mics in the sorting so you can find them there :-).
Crates were moved under Badges you see, but will be fixed next week I think.

Yes this is very very annoying my OCD can’t cope with it I hate notifications on my screen on anything I use

@Polaris Why is there only 6 emojis but in the data it says there’s a sleep and power emoji for Lilo


Plus Lilo is now at the top of the emoji list which is usually when a hero’s emojis aren’t complete so I know 100% you guys didn’t put out the two emojis in the data
