As we know from the latest Q&A PB likes to include both heroes and villains from the franchise, and since last Halloween, new franchises don’t have any villain.
So let predict the future!

There are some other villains that could be added due to other series
Don karnage=jungle book/talespin

Aut-o (forgot his name, I think that is what it is)=wall e
Bomb voyage=Incredibles
Cruella (most likely though no one is from 101 Dalmatians)=101 Dalmatians
The hyenas=The lion king
King candy=wreck it Ralph
Lotso=toy story

But it would be so amazing if PB releases him for Halloween.
And other franchises weren’t ‘updated’, so I didn’t include any of them.
Maybe they could do some Disney Afternoon villains like him, demona, glomgold, and maybe shere Kahn (jungle book though, never talespin)

I would love Mother Gothel, Shego (and kim possible heroes aswell), Kaa and Lotso!

He isn’t even bad.
He used to work with jafar but he control him like the sultan and he joins aladdin and others
Something probably unlikely I’d love to see is the Headless Horseman. Can you imagine how awesome that would be?

For everyone suggesting Cruella, there’s a Cruella movie coming out in May. Wouldn’t that be a likely time to see her?
