I’m thinking of making a team that consists entirely of villains. Are there any villains in the game that have healing abilities?

Villains aren’t big on heals. Your best bet would probably be Queen of Hearts’ red skill.

I’m afraid this team wouldn’t be very viable against the meta due to lack of defense.
QoH’s heals won’t be enough.
Oogie Boogie, he heals himself with Weak with Hunger.
Himself. Not others.
And they say it’s good to be bad.
