Again, the rule about reviving topics is about people posting comments that do not relevant to the topic. This topic was about characters people want and they commented characters they want.
I agree, the movie is great and it will be nice to see some representation of them here.

Dr Heinz Doofenshmirtz. I could totally see him being friends with Drakken and Jumba, his attacks could include chicken replace inator (would work similarly to Merlin’s and Yzma’s move), an alimony check which would heal him, a self destruct button which would damage himself as well as enemies, an inator (as in the original Inator) blasting a ray at opponents, and his basic attack would be him fighting using his bratwurst 
next adding Matthew Berry because why not
