I just did a war attack against an opponent who had only Quasimodo remaining in their third wave, and I had Genie on my team. Genie turned him into an ostrich, yet somehow, Quasimodo was still able to use his bell attack against me, taking out my entire team, except Goliath, who was shielding himself with his wings. After that, Goliath went after an invisible Quasimodo, whom he couldn’t hit, while the ostrich remained in place.

Quasimodo’s purple skill is a self cleanse. If you apply more than 1 debuff on him he will just remove all debuffs. It virtually makes him immune to debuffs if you are not careful, so beware.
The part where he remained an ostrich seems like a bug though
