War pairings

I belong to the END GAME clan (14th place), we find ourselves very frustrated since we believe that the pairings in war are not fair, in the last 20 wars we have faced 3 teams weaker than us and 17 times with stronger teams of which 13 times we have faced one of the 10 strongest.

This kind of thing frustrates the players and fragments the clans, I hope they can improve the matchmaking to be more fair.

Hello, We are in same condition as well, In 9 wars this month We have just won 2.

Same server, same issue; we’re ranked 15th in total power, 22nd in team power (oops?), yet because we hover around 10th place in MMR (currently 8th), we’ve faced a total of one (1) guild with lower total power over the past 21 wars, and they were actually slightly higher than us in team power.

MMR inevitably leads to guilds facing guilds that they can’t beat; if a guild’s MMR is far enough out of the insanely OP top 5, they can normally still get matched against 7 guilds they can beat in order to reach Legendary. However, once a guild’s MMR gets near the top 10, they’re going to find themselves pitted mostly against guilds they have no hope of beating, and for added fun those matchups will hardly lower their MMR at all because of how great the difference is.

In the past I’ve made or repeated suggestions for how to combat the issue; unfortunately, the general game population has no interest in changing anything, hence PerBlue has no interest in changing anything.

i agree with jody, the population is not willing to make any compromise as shown in previous discussions…

War matchups are fatally flawed

Why are we getting top 3 on server and in legendary in war matches when we are at #2 in gold league? This is unacceptable and again we won’t hit legendary 3rd month in a row.This system causes people and teams to outright quit.I lost 2 good players this last month cause it’s a losing battle to even try . Either fix the system or cap the top guilds for power.
