Yes, you do! We changed that with the 1.8 update:

Correct. If you’re already in Legendary, you don’t get rewards for each win, just at the end of the season.
There weren’t any guilds in Legendary when 1.8 was released, so this season everyone gets the Legendary promotion rewards.

However, the biggest problem with war is this new formula on matching teams… we have played the top 4 teams in our guild a combine 7 times this month, maybe more. MMR completely above us. Per blue says it’s matched across MMR in all leagues… no way is that accurate. So basically if you are a 5-10 guild who can’t match up with the big guilds, per blue is just going to keep matching you up against them so you get hosed and top guilds get rewards
