Why did you put why in the name?
“Stitch Needs A Red Skill” was probably already taken for a topic name and they had to get creative. Since you can’t create a topic that has already been created.
He/she could use something like… (Can stitch have a red skill?) Or (stitch needs a red skill) or (stitch, and the missing red skill.) Or the search for a red skill)

That is very much true. But we have to remember that not everyone thinks about punctuation
