How are we supposed to reply on patch notes when a lot of people are use to forms?

And there goes the deal, everyone thought was the best one. Choosing the money-worth pact over the socialinteractions-worthy pact. I know it will be on Discord when this forum becomes only a reading forum after October 22, 2024, but we will always remember what we made, not only for the forum, but for ourselves, the ones we met in these circumstances in the forum. This has been a wild journey. From stopping everytime bots like “Yessss” or “Cars Characters” to really funny moments and topics with elimination games and challenges. Thanks everyone for everything you’ve and we’ve done throughout these 6 years.

The only reason I dislike this is that the forums don’t require you to sign up to some 3rd party service, we log in through the game (and can view stuff without even doing that).
Many people may not want to sign up to Discord

Excatly there’s no reason why to shutdown forms when a lot of us are use to this website
First we lose The Ghost and Molly McGee
Then Cartoon Network shuts down their website
Then DisneyNow shut’s down their app
Then Disney Announces that Hailey’s On It has been cancelled
Now Samm announces that forms is shutting down

This is very disappointing for all of us, including myself. I’ve been in the forums for 4 years or so, and it was great seeing hero concepts, seeing patch notes(with or without new heroes), etc. Changes could be very hard, but sometimes we might get over it. I’m going to miss the forums very much. Just like woody says in Toy Story 3, “so long, partner.”

Funny enough, other resources PerBlue use(d) do not require signing up to view anything. I mean, I don’t even have a Twitter account, but the page is visible (even if abandoned). Same with FB. Not sure about IG, probably works for them as well. Discord seems to be the only resource that you have to sign in and follow the channel to even be able to see anything. Maybe that might involve more people into the ecosystem, but not sure.

It’s so sad for the game’s forum to end. 
Damn, hard to believe it’s really shutting down. Even after quitting the actual game idk how many years ago, I still talk to the friends I made here on the daily and think about the fun we had here. It was a huge part of my life as a young teen, and I would’ve been totally isolated through covid without it. Really sucks to see it die.

So… Hi, it’s been like… roughly 2 years since my last post here
Despise that, I’m kinda sad that the forums are coming to an end. Like several of us, it was an important part of my teenage years, and it brought several dear friends to me.
So, thank you for all this 
, it quite feels like an era coming to an end…
