Starting energy - tron and Jesse. Put the two together and you can take a team out even with reflect in seconds.

That is a very good honorable mention, along with Starting energy for Go-Go (Sh).

Elastigirl(JJ) and King Louie(Pe) - making it easy to get invasion rewards
Megara(Sh) and Joy(Ol) - keeping glass cannons going long enough to wreck opposing teams
Honey Lemon(Hi), Mr. Big & Koslov(Ba), and Baymax(Ol) - turning a freeze team into an OP meta-wrecker
Tron(Fl), Mad Madam Mim(Ma), and Sisu(Mu) - neutralizing common meta tactics (others may use Fairy Godmother(Ma) in place of Sisu(Mu))

Honorable mentions:
Zeus(Ha) - almost certainly the most OP disk in the game before the “correction” to its near-instantaneous triggering, and still a strong candidate for that honor
Woody(Je) - for a long time my most useful disk, though I suspect power creep has limited its effectiveness even in lower ranks by now
Ian(Go) and Dr. Drakken(Gi) - knocked out of the top ten by the availability of counters, but still formidable
