Every day, I try and change my Arena team, it keeps it for 10 minutes then it changes back. What is happening?

Indeed, just change your defences right before you attack. When the attack-cooldown is on, you won’t be able to change your defences.
Don’t exactly now whether it is a bug or an intened feature. Maybe @Polaris can enlightening us about that?
That’s a bug. I believe it should be fixed in the 2.1 update.
