I would personally love a Rainbow.
We have red 
My guess is rainbow color(red on top, orange to blue on middle, purple on bottom)
The name of the next rank is just “COLOR” and the border will just be the word “COLOR” repeated all along the characters.

I kinda wish yellow came before red. I like the way red looks over the yellow. Black would be a nice contrast to the bright yellow though. It gets my vote.
