@Polaris Does the last hint lead to a new clew, are combined together to get something or are they all separate things?

Maybe Webby Vanderquack, Dib Membrane or Dipper Pines could solve this.
The new Webby could solve it. The old Webby would just charm the answer out of Polaris.
