I am guessing no progress so far, right?
I tried to explain it in a previous post:
Basically you take the coded message (the garbled letters), you use the “pad” (or key) to decode it (there are online tools for different ciphers, this is a vignere cipher/one time pad) and you get the result. In this case, the key is litterally the september shop/hero rotation patch notes.
So you mean Amelia is the key?
Think of how it all started and go find the end.
In the first clue Polaris gave, we took the first letters of the first phrase. The second phrase tells us to use September’s patch notes on the final clue.
What? No. The key is the first big paragraph. It was the key to the last coded message we found, which gives the bolded paragraph, which is the clue we are working on now.
Ah, noticed that earlier I think so just got a bit confused, but yeah I see :-).

Guys. Have anyone tried to use a different code to unsolve the first clue given. Or take text from the October sing in hero to see if they reassign in a different text?
Wait a second someone has tried to mess with the URL of the first clue? Maybe we are forgetting something there.
Yeah, in my excitement that was one of the first things I tried. The problem with that is, it would be extremely unlikely that a coded message would have 2 different solutions using different keys. That would mean that you have 2 messages, use 2 different methods to garble them up, and it would result in the exact same garbled message. Might even be impossible.
