Judy actually has pretty decent stats. Just think her skills need to have greater effect (the speed boost for one thing, as well as maybe more healing and 1 second longer invincibility after using Play Dead. Though her Bogo disk seems to cover this, so…)
Vanellope - I think she really could use a refresh. Slightly higher damage output, extend the effect of the slow, and maybe give Minty Fresh an added effect (Aurora Veil had some good ideas in their thread).
Wall-E: People seem to think Wall-E is still pretty strong despite power creep. I just think his blind could last a bit longer (Felix got a blind buff, so why not? 
) and maybe have Extinguish deal a little more damage.
