Those patch notes are really long and the team has to edit to make sure there’s no mistakes Be Patient theyll finish 
I can’t really see that is Rafiki cause if you look look closely, their is a line in the middle of the face like and elephant but its not Bing Bong cause the hero has no hat and has hair, plus Rafiki’s nose is not like a trunk, its more of a dome

They can’t get every detail perfect. Plus, judging from the data mine showed previously, it’s not possible for it to be anyone else. Plus, look at his mane of white hair and his thin arms. I’m 100% certain.

Mystery hero is definitely Rafiki. Although, they may add a few more surprise ones. Been waiting on BATB for ages . . .
