He’s already a strong character why did he get buffed even MORE??
There’s characters like Judy, Ursula, Woody, Zurg, Mickey and Sally that really need a refresh! That makes no sense whatsoever.

Honestly I have no clue.
But it’s Perblue’s decision. 
It’s not like he is THAT MUCH stronger anyway, he just has a bit better stats. Just to confirm that this was a pointless refresh
I remember almost everyone saying that Darkwing’s refresh was pointless, as well.
That’s madness!

Darkwing’s was far from pointless tbh. He was one of the worst damagers, if not THE worst, and now he’s great. Expecting to see him up a lot once his red skill is also released

Per blu only refresh stronger heroes for a reason so Dr Facilier must counter something now or counter better.
queen of hearts refresh meant we could deal with Hades and Beast
Darkwing duck refresh was to deal with Mulan basically so she is rubbish against darkwing.
