Why does the system pick the newest heroes?

in the invasions, watch city and creep surge the system choose the newest heroes as cheshire cat and Dr. Bunsen, teams with those 2 with angela and slinky in the watch city become impossible in the areas 4 and 5, in the invasion is so very hard win a team in more mainly in the blue teams because no all the blue heroes can win and can die in the first 5 seconds of the battle with inmortal or no with that peter pan with the clon spam of Dr. Bunsen, in creep surge become in many times hard win any areas because the system choose the most used heroes as the freeze strategies and teams with maximus and cheshire cats with Mods level 70-100, i never see again a full team of the most old heroes only the most used heroes and the newest heroes, the old heroes are less and less chosen by the “random” system, how is working that “Random” System. when choose the most newest heroes and most used heroes is NO Random?

the game have now 132 heroes in total and is coming more, and is this the reason of this topic, why the system only choose the most powerful heroes and never choose randomly the 132 heroes?

It uses lines from arena, that’s why.

Old heroes aren’t refreshed, so they’re useless - not used by pretty anyone, so seeing for example Ralph or Yax is very unlikely.

the invasion in the selection heroes, the “Random” system give you the most weak heroes of the game as vanellope and ralph but the NPC give you extremely hard teams and powerful, that is unfair,

The Power number lost its meaning with the current Power Creep.

Pretty much if you run Fear, Cheshire, Maximus, Honey Lemon and someone like Clawhauser any combination of lvl220, R17 starter characters you can defeat with… I would say… lvl150, R3 characters at the lowest. Maybe even less.
