2 of Frozone’s Skills (White and Blue) rely on Skill Level, that’s why it says “freeze may last for 1 or 2 seconds on enemies higher than (Skill Level)”.
Upgrade those Freezes so that the Enemies can’t attack, giving time for Yax’ and Frozone’s Green Skills (the main damagers) to charge up.

Just boost the skills dude. The creeps can’t hurt you with their ninja boosted damage if frozone can freeze them.
Ok fine should I lvl up frostbite or natural healing
I’d level “Stay Frosty” to start off, then “Natural healing”.

We’d never know unless you level the skills. Leveling the skills can never hurt.

It wouldn’t be wasted gold since your heroes would be more powerful in any point when you use them.
