Why there is no 'Catch up level' at the event section after the update?

After the update, there is no Catch up level part or rewards at the event, which was always there after an update before. Any reason for that @Polaris . And when will that Catch up level be added at the event? Next week?

Polaris said that the Catch-Up Events only happens when the Level Cap Increases.

There are no Level Cap Increase for this Update, hence there are no Catch-Up Events.

@Polaris where is the team level catch up challenge

Those events go along with team level increases. There were no team level increases with the 1.13.2 update, so no catch up events.
