It would have been better to say Martial Artist Master or something like that. I have to agree that this question is once again an unfair comparison because they are totally different from each other.

Okay, let´s see:
- Li Shang: Captain of the army in China to fight the Huns and master in some marcial arts (I think)
- Jafar: Evil person that uses magic, who had to use the genie to become the emperor

Ever heard of the Emperor? Li Shang had to obey him and also his commanders in the army. So not really comparable to Sultan.
On the other hand, in terms of being cool, Li Shang is in another league than Sultan.

Shifu is Dreamworks
I know, but it´d make more sense and, why not include Dreamworks? 
Maybe it would have been possible to compare Li Shang and either Raya or Namaari from Raya and the Last Dragon because that seems a bit more fair. (Raya and Namaari are wayyy cooler than both the Sultan and Shang anyway)
