I opened a couple 10x diamonds crates, and they both had animation failures during the ‘reveal’ of who you get. Not sure if I received all my loot, but the first crate only showed two heroes and the second revealed four. Anyone else?

I’m having an issue with the crates as well. It’s not giving me the full 10x crates rewards, or it’s a visual bug?
Can you please send a message to ingame support so they can make sure that you are getting the correct rewards?

As far as I checked this, it’s only a visual bug, all other rewards (off-screen) are still given out.
Had 0, nowhere else I would get any.

Looks like we’ve found what’s causing the issue. You are still getting the rewards.

In game click your profile and under COMMUNITY there is a SUPPORT button.
