I just advanced my first mod to +2 and now it says it can go to +3? Your update patch notes said it wouldnt be going further than +2 for now, so i am not too happy. Are they trying to make it impossible to max our heroes?

Um, looking at the screenshot provided, I notice a word near the bottom that says in all caps: MAXED
Does this help answer your problem??

@MysticMoana47 That’s means they have plans to do +3 but they are informing you with anticipation so when they turn the switch on, you will be ready to upgrade. You can have the materials to upgrade? Yes. You can upgrade right now? Not.
